Service Description
Services will include set up visit and 2 follow up visits. Services include exterior of building to lot of property, including paved lots, yards, and exteriors of immovable structures (i.e., sheds, garages, propane and oil fixtures).
Cancellation Policy
Service includes initial set up appointment and 2 follow up visits. Services will include initial inspection for evidence of high traffic areas, for best trap placement. Traps and bait will be placed and small exclusionary work (up to 3 inch holes or gaps, anything larger will need to be individually assessed and quoted). Second and third visits will include trap checking, placing new bait and removal of any caught pests.
