Service Description
**SINGLE APPOINTMENT** Initial service will include assessment for activity as well as placement of bait, and traps. If noticeable pest traffic continues 2-4 weeks after your appointment, an appointment for a spray service may be required depending on severity of circumstances. All homes that have set appointments for a spray service MUST be prepared for service or services will be deferred to a different day. This includes cabinets and counters completely cleared. Appliances and furniture need to be pulled at least 2 feet from the wall for proper access to baseboards.
Cancellation Policy
** To reschedule please call at least 24 hours in advance ** Fee of $1000 for setting traps at any property, each animal, regardless of species encores its own additional fee for removal. All invasive animal removal services are conducted by PAC (Problem Animal Control) licensed technicians. Each trap site, will be checked daily in compliance with Wildlife Administration requirements.
